We are excited to share that K3Y Ltd successfully participated in the PiQASO project kick-off meeting, held in Athens on January 23-24, 2025. The two-day event was expertly organized by the project coordinator, UBITECH<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Represented by our colleagues Thomas Boufikos<\/strong><\/em><\/a> and Marios Siganos<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, K3Y Ltd outlined the current status and roadmap for Work Package 5, including tasks T5.1 and T5.2, which focus on the development of the PiQASO Academy\u2014a comprehensive training initiative designed to raise awareness and enhance knowledge of the critical need for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The PiQASO (Post-Quantum Cryptography As-a-Service for Common Transmission Systems and Infrastructures) project is dedicated to delivering quantum-safe cryptographic services, ensuring secure communication against emerging quantum threats. The project will provide \"as-a-service\" solutions, incorporating cryptographic algorithms and protocols for key encapsulation, digital signatures, key exchange, authorization, identity management, long-term data security, and multi-party secure computation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A major strength of PiQASO is its ability to seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructures without requiring additional hardware.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Moreover, the project includes an extensive demonstration plan, involving 14 end-users from a diverse range of industries, including automotive, automation, finance, energy, healthcare, aerospace, online media, unmanned aerial vehicles, and transportation.<\/p>\n
