You will be responsible for performing office administration tasks, managing schedules, and meetings for R&amp;D managers and teams, preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to projects, handling correspondence, filing, and record-keeping of R&amp;D activities, while maintaining databases of research findings, patents, experiments, and prototypes. You will act as a link between researchers, management, finance, and external partners, while supporting internal communication of R&amp;D progress and results. You will ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and safety standards in research activities, while taking care of organisational, financial, and regulatory aspects of R&amp;D activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>- Providing administrative and office support, including schedule management, meeting arrangements, internal communication, filing system maintenance, keeping R&amp;D records, and supporting reporting, presentations and office maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>- Assisting project management and coordination by providing support to the R&amp;D managers and teams.
