We are pleased to announce that K3Y Ltd successfully participated in the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the cPAID<\/strong><\/a> project, held in Rome, Italy, on 4\u20135 February 2026, hosted by CNIT<\/strong><\/em><\/a>. Our colleagues, Panagiotis Radoglou Grammatikis<\/strong><\/a><\/em> (Head of R&D) and Georgios Kalitsios<\/a><\/em><\/strong> (Senior AI Engineer\/Researcher), represented the company at the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting brought together partners from across Europe to review progress, exchange insights, and align on the project\u2019s next steps, as it moves toward its Mid-Term Review.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cPAID project, funded under Horizon Europe, aims to develop privacy-aware, accountable AI-driven systems. Its mission is to deliver a robust, platform-agnostic framework that protects AI applications from adversarial threats. By integrating advanced AI-based defenses, privacy-preserving and explainable AI techniques, threat intelligence, and risk assessment, cPAID adopts a holistic approach to AI security.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the meeting, partners:<\/span><\/p>\n

- Reviewed progress across technical components, key achievements, and submitted deliverables, assessing alignment with project objectives and KPIs<\/span><\/p>\n

- Discussed ongoing technical developments, including system performance, robustness of AI components, and capacity-building activities<\/span><\/p>\n

- Advanced platform integration and validation efforts, sharing lessons learned and practical considerations for real-world deployment<\/span><\/p>\n

- Conducted pilot-focused discussions to refine use cases and integration needs across multiple scenarios<\/span><\/p>\n

- Participated in a dedicated technical workshop addressing mSIEM integration across pilots and the cPAID MVP plan toward the Mid-Term Review<\/span><\/p>\n

- Aligned on next milestones, KPIs, and impact objectives in view of the upcoming Mid-Term Review<\/span><\/p>\n

The plenary provided a valuable opportunity to reinforce coordination across work packages and ensure a shared direction toward delivering secure, trustworthy, and resilient AI systems.<\/span><\/p>\n
