The event has been held at Cascais, Portugal on 18th to 20th of October 2023. This remarkable event has brought together an impressive array of resilience makers, innovators, service providers, and policymakers from diverse cities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Since 2013, EURESFO has been a unique exchange platform for city representatives, experts and stakeholders from local and regional institutions to discuss strategies, initiatives and actions for adapting to climate change, managing disasters and building urban resilience.
