Your role is essential in maintaining a positive and professional office environment while managing front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a warm, professional manner;<\/p>\n<p>Answer and forward phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently;<\/p>\n<p>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;<\/p>\n<p>Manage the company\u2019s appointment schedule, including coordinating meetings and booking conference rooms;<\/p>\n<p>Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation;<\/p>\n<p>Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring stock is available as needed;<\/p>\n<p>Communication with accounting department;<\/p>\n<p>Invoice payment;<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations and events;<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate Travel Arrangements;<\/p>\n<p>Assist colleagues with various tasks and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Excellent English and Bulgarian language skills;<\/p>\n<p>Previous experience in the role of administrative support or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred;<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills;<\/p>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively;<\/p>\n<p>Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experience working in a tech environment;<\/p>\n<p>Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering;<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of Greek Language;<\/p>\n<p>Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally;<\/p>\n<p>Sales background to communicate with clients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Benefits<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Competitive salary [based on experience level];<\/p>\n<p>Opportunities for professional growth within a fast-paced and innovative industry;<\/p>\n<p>Collaborative and supportive team environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K3Y is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
