The TREEADS project participated in the CERIS Annual Event 2024: Disaster-Resilient Societies – From Local to International Cooperation, held on June 5-7 in Brussels, Belgium.

TREEADS was proudly represented by the project's Coordinator, Kemal Arsava (FRN), along with more than 25 EU research and capacity-building projects, featuring over 40 speakers in various panels. They also explored synergies between DRR research and capacity-building projects, as well as enhanced access to knowledge in societal resilience, technologies for first and second responders, prevention/preparedness for climate/weather extreme events and geohazards, and resilience to CBRN threats with a focus on medical emergencies.
