cPAID 1st Plenary Meeting
We are pleased to announce that K3Y Ltd successfully participated in the 1st Plenary Meeting of the cPAID project, held in Braunschweig, Germany, on 11–12 June 2025.
Hosted by AEGIS, the two-day event provided a valuable opportunity for project partners to synchronise efforts, share insights, and define next steps. The meeting gathered representatives from across the consortium to review progress, explore technical developments, and refine the project’s cybersecurity strategy. Through collaborative discussions and focused sessions, the consortium reinforced its shared vision and strengthened its commitment to advancing privacy-aware AI systems.
Key highlights included:
- Alignment on upcoming milestones and deliverables
- Engaging discussions on privacy-enhancing technologies
- A renewed collective focus on securing digital identities
Represented by our colleague Nikolaos Sachpelidis Brozos, K3Y Ltd participated in discussions on the progress of tasks T3.2, T4.2, T4.3. These tasks focus on the development of GenAAI, RIMA and AIPS which are three of CPAID's components that generate synthetic adversarial attacks, manage AI's risks, and detect and prevent adversarial intrusion respectively in order to increase a system's robustness.
The cPAID project, funded under Horizon Europe, aims to develop privacy-aware, accountable AI-driven systems. Its mission is to deliver a robust, platform-agnostic framework that protects AI applications from adversarial threats. By integrating advanced AI-based defenses, privacy-preserving and explainable AI techniques, threat intelligence, and risk assessment, cPAID adopts a holistic approach to AI security.
Stay tuned for more updates as the cPAID project moves forward in shaping safer and more trustworthy digital environments.
