Drones4GREEN – 2nd Plenary Meeting & 1st multiplier event on drone education

Τhe 2nd Plenary Meeting and the 1st Multiplier Event of the Erasmus+ project Drones4GREEN (Drones for GREEn iNdustry) took place in Stockholm, Sweden, on June 4 and 5, 2024. Our colleagues from Massive Dynamic Sweden AB (MDS) organized the events.

The primary motivation of Drones4GREEN is to promote new business opportunities in the domain of drone technology by establishing an open learning environment that will enable the acquisition of competencies and skills related to the drone technology.

On June 4, Massive Dynamic Sweden AB (MDS) organised the first multiplier event on drone education where K3Y Ltd presented first its contribution in the development of the project’s drone mobile application and especially the steps required for this development and second the TREEADS project, which is a H2020 project that K3Y participates in and focuses on the development of a holistic fire management platform.

On June 5 during the plenary meeting, Drones4GREEN consortium partners presented updates on their respective tasks as well as the planning for future work. K3Y Ltd, as the leader of Activity 3.1, presented its progress regarding the development of the mobile application supporting drone flights and in particular the requirements specifications of the application as well as the related technologies needed.
