Job Summary
In the role of "Administrative Support" at K3Y Ltd, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your role is essential in maintaining a positive and professional office environment while managing front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a warm, professional manner;

Answer and forward phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently;

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;

Manage the company’s appointment schedule, including coordinating meetings and booking conference rooms;

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation;

Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring stock is available as needed;

Communication with accounting department;

Invoice payment;

Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations and events;

Coordinate Travel Arrangements;

Assist colleagues with various tasks and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Basic Qualifications

Excellent English and Bulgarian language skills;

Previous experience in the role of administrative support or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred;

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills;

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively;

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a tech environment;

Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering;

Knowledge of Greek Language;

Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally;

Sales background to communicate with clients.
