TRITON 3rd Plenary Meeting
We are pleased to share that K3Y Ltd actively participated in the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the European Defence Fund (EDF) Action Project TRITON, which took place in Madrid, Spain, on 19–20 November 2025.
The two-day meeting, kindly hosted by Telefónica, brought together all consortium partners at a key point in the project’s lifecycle, marking an important milestone as TRITON successfully concluded its first year of implementation. The plenary provided a structured forum for reviewing overall project progress, strengthening cross-partner coordination, and aligning on the next technical and operational steps.
Discussions focused on the status of ongoing activities, upcoming milestones, and the planning of future work packages, ensuring a common understanding across the consortium. Beyond the formal sessions, the meeting also offered valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, reinforcing collaboration, and jointly shaping the direction of the project as it moves into its next phase.
K3Y Ltd, represented by our colleagues Thomas Boufikos and Marios Siganos, presented the latest progress related to Task 3.1, outlining the TRITON threat model, a structured methodology for identifying potential risks within an organisation’s infrastructure, complemented by a risk assessment framework for evaluating the identified threats. In addition, K3Y Ltd provided updates on Task 4.3, which the company leads, focusing on the development of a reconnaissance and cyber threat intelligence tool.

As TRITON advances, the consortium remains committed to delivering robust and innovative outcomes that address the evolving challenges of cybersecurity in defence and military contexts.

Follow our updates as TRITON continues to develop intelligent, automation-driven and AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities for mission-critical defence environments.
