We are looking for a full-time Business and Impact Development Manager to join and work with K3Y Ltd, a fast-growing SME with presence in Bulgaria and Greece. As a Business and Impact Development Manager in our R&D Department in Sofia, Bulgaria or in our Business Development & Innovation Department in Thessaloniki, Greece, you will drive business development, impact creation, exploitation and commercialization for and stemming from EU-funded project outcomes. Your role involves performing business analysis, market analysis, techno-economic analysis, whilst establishing frameworks for measuring social, environmental, and economic impact. You will design and facilitate techno-economic assessments, regulatory examinations, and policy formulation. Your duties include supporting communication, dissemination, and exploitation approaches to enhance project visibility and uptake, whilst contributing to technical and financial EU reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and support business models and market opportunities.
- Architect frameworks for measuring and reporting social, environmental, and economic impact.
- Formulate exploitation, commercialization, and impact strategies for project results.
- Conduct regulation analysis, while architecting policies and procedures.
- Build business models and market and digital strategies.
- Formulate and execute communication, dissemination, and exploitation strategies to maximize visibility and adoption of project results.
- Plan, support and report techno-economic evaluations.
- Support the definition of the technical and non-technical requirements and specifications, while ensuring technical and financial/resource feasibility.
- Compile and contribute to technical and financial EU-based reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- BSc in economics, business administration, accounting or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Team collaboration and excellent planning skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in providing technical and financial reports.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Master in Business Administration.
- Related certifications in economics ot business administration.
- Experience in R&D-intensive environments.
- Experience in SME innovation strategy or technology commercialization.
