CyberAId 2nd General Assembly Meeting

Αύγουστος 21, 2026

We are glad to announce that K3Y Ltd successfully participated in the 2nd General Assembly Meeting of the CyberAId project, held in Costa de Caparica, Portugal, on 30 June-1 July 2026. The two-day meeting was hosted by UNPARALLEL and brought together project partners to review the progress achieved during the first months of the project and coordinate the next steps.

The meeting covered the latest work across CyberAId, from the project’s reference architecture and systems integration to proactive vulnerability management, real-time monitoring, incident investigation and response. Partners discussed the progress of the different technical components, their integration and interoperability, as well as the main priorities and technical actions for the coming months.

A key part of the second day focused on the CyberAId use cases and preparations for their implementation and validation. Discussions covered cybersecurity scenarios for financial services, including impersonation detection, anti-money laundering, anomaly detection and incident response, as well as cyber-resilient threat detection and risk modelling for high-frequency trading. Partners also aligned on pilot preparation, integration requirements and validation activities.

K3Y Ltd, represented by our colleagues Nikolaos Ntampakis and Evangelia Pantraki, presented its progress in real-time monitoring and digital forensics. The team presented an eBPF-enhanced monitoring approach for capturing and analysing host-level network and process activity, together with a digital forensics pipeline supporting evidence collection, timeline reconstruction and root cause analysis. K3Y also demonstrated an integrated monitoring-to-forensics proof of concept, showing how monitoring and detection results can support subsequent forensic investigation. In addition, the team contributed to discussions on the connections between CyberAId components and the next integration steps towards validation in the project pilots.

We look forward to continuing our contribution as CyberAId advances with the development and integration of AI-driven cybersecurity solutions for the financial sector.
